Kawmix Feed’s Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Kawmix Feed, we are committed to providing high-quality products to meet your needs. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return Policy outlines the process for returning items and receiving a replacement, refund, or credit.

This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Kawmix Feed website or at Valley Feed & Supply Co.

Feed, Grain, Seed Return Policy

Returns must be within 7 Days of purchase. The product must be in the original bag and sealed. For feed and grain quality issues, the product must be returned with 50% of the volume that was in the bag originally. Seed must have 100% of the product that was in the bag originally. 

Returns are accepted for the following:

  • Products purchased directly from Kawmix Feed or Valley Feed & Supply Co.
  • Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Merchandise Return Policy

Merchandise and supplies other than feed, grain, and seed may be returned up to 30 days after purchase if it is unused, unopened and the receipt is present. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All Kawmix Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly for their return policy).
  • Medications and supplement products.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Hay, Straw, Alfalfa
  • Merchandise not returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Feed not returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted for bulk feed purchases unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. Contact customer service for assistance with bulk feed concerns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kawmixfeed.com or (913)422-4088. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and proof of purchase.
  2. Shipping Instructions:
    For approved returns for goods that were shipped when purchased, we will provide shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Processing:
    Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund, replacement, or credit within 10 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the original shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value if the return criteria are met. Any price difference for exchanges involving higher-value items must be paid by the customer.

Restocking Fee (Shipped Product Only)

A 15% restocking fee for shipped items may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
